1. Acceptance of Terms. Interview Pro ("Interview Pro," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a mock-interview practice product operated by Digivo Digital ("Digivo Digital," "Company"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you ("candidate," "you," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Definitions.

• "Attempt" means a single, timed instance of a test taken through the Service.
• "Wallet" means the in-app prepaid balance used to pay for Attempts beyond your free trial.
• "Test" means a set of randomized, timed practice questions made available through the Service.
• "Payment Partner" means Cashfree, our third-party payment processor, or any successor processor we designate.

3. The Service. Each test is a timed, randomized set of questions intended for practice. Interview Pro is a self-assessment and preparation tool only — it is not a certification, credential, or guarantee of any interview invitation, hiring decision, or employment outcome. Question sets, scoring methodology, and available tests may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Free Trial. New candidates receive one free attempt on eligible tests, as configured by us at any time and at our sole discretion. Eligibility for the free trial may vary by test and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Using your free attempt on a given test makes you ineligible for another free attempt on that test.

5. Paid Attempts, Wallet & Payments. Attempts beyond your free trial are charged from your in-app wallet at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, and the price shown at the time you begin an attempt is the price that applies to that attempt. Wallet top-ups are processed through our Payment Partner, Cashfree, and are credited to your wallet balance only once payment has been confirmed by the Payment Partner. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the Payment Partner, your bank, or your card issuer. Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside the Service.

6. No Refunds Once an Attempt Starts. The wallet amount for an attempt is debited when the attempt begins. Once a test has started, that charge is final. Closing the browser, running out of time, losing your internet connection, or otherwise not finishing the test does not entitle you to a refund or a repeat attempt. Unused wallet balance is not charged and remains available in your account for future attempts, subject to these Terms.

7. Timer & Auto-Submit. Each attempt runs on a server-enforced timer. If time runs out before you submit, your attempt is automatically submitted with whatever answers were saved at that point. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and sufficient time to complete an attempt before starting it.

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct. You agree that you will not:

• Share, lend, or allow another person to use your account credentials;
• Share, publish, reproduce, or resell test questions, answers, or any other content of the Service;
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to complete, accelerate, or interact with a test;
• Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the randomization or timing of an attempt; or
• Otherwise use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate this section, with or without prior notice, and without any obligation to refund wallet balances forfeited as a result of a violation.

9. Intellectual Property. All test content, questions, scoring logic, software, branding, and other materials made available through the Service are owned by Digivo Digital or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service for your own personal practice, no license or right is granted to you in the Service's content or underlying technology.

10. Your Information & Privacy. We use the name, email address, and mobile number you provide to create and manage your account, send you account- and attempt-related communications, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that results from any test will reflect your performance in an actual job interview.

12. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digivo Digital and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Suspension & Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms, our pricing, or the free-trial policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or in-app notice). Continued use of Interview Pro after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

17. Miscellaneous.

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digivo Digital regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction.
